About AcademiansEdu

AcademiansEdu is a publisher of peer-reviewed, open-access journals dedicated to the rapid dissemination of rigorous research. We bridge the gap between traditional scholarly standards and the modern demand for accessible, transparent knowledge.

Our name, AcademiansEdu, is derived from a synthesis of Vellum (the enduring medium of history) and Iris (the personification of vision). It represents our dual commitment: to preserve the scientific record with absolute integrity while illuminating new frontiers of discovery.

 Our Mission

“To empower the global academic community by providing a transparent, rigorous, and open platform where transformative research can be verified, published, and shared without barriers.”

Our Vision

We envision a future where the provenance of every scientific claim is clear, where research is accessible to all regardless of geography or funding, and where the publication process is a partnership between authors and editors, not a hurdle.

The AcademiansEdu Standard

In an era of information overload, trust is the most valuable currency. AcademiansEdu is built on three non-negotiable pillars:

  1. Uncompromising Integrity

We adhere strictly to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines. Every manuscript submitted to a AcademiansEdu journal undergoes a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process by at least two independent subject-matter experts. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism, data manipulation, and undisclosed conflicts of interest.

  1. True Open Access

Knowledge should be free. All AcademiansEdu journals operate under a Diamond or Gold Open Access model, ensuring that research is immediately available to read, download, and cite by anyone, anywhere. We utilize Creative Commons (CC BY-NC 4.0) licensing, allowing authors to retain full copyright of their work while ensuring it is protected from commercial exploitation.

  1. Global Inclusivity

Science has no borders. We are committed to amplifying voices from around the world and underrepresented regions. We offer a transparent waiver policy for authors from low-income economies to ensure that financial constraints never prevent high-quality science from being published.

Why Publish with AcademiansEdu?

  • Speed with Substance:We respect your time. Our streamlined editorial workflow ensures a first decision in weeks, not months, without cutting corners on peer review.
  • High Visibility:Your work is indexed, tagged, and optimized for search engines (SEO) immediately upon publication, ensuring maximum citations and impact.
  • Author-Centric:You keep your copyright. We just provide the platform.

Rigorous Peer Review Process

To maintain the highest scientific integrity, AcademiansEdu employs a Double-Blind Peer Review model.

Review Process Timeline:

  1. Editorial Triage (1-2 business days):Submissions undergo an initial assessment for scope, quality, originality, and technical compliance. Manuscripts that do not meet basic standards or fall outside the journal’s scope are desk-rejected at this stage.
  2. Reviewer Assignment (3-4 business days):Suitable manuscripts are assigned to a minimum of two independent, external subject-matter experts. Neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of each other’s identities to ensure unbiased evaluation.
  3. Expert Evaluation (15-20 days):Reviewers assess the manuscript for:
  • Scientific validity and rigor
  • Originality and significance of contribution
  • Methodological soundness
  • Clarity of presentation
  • Appropriateness of conclusions
  • Ethical compliance
    1. Editorial Decision (1-2 business days after receiving reviews):Final decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief or Managing Editor based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the manuscript’s contribution to the field. Possible decisions include:
  • Accept:Published as is with minor editorial changes
  • Minor Revision:Small changes required; re-review optional
  • Major Revision:Significant improvements needed; full re-review required
  • Reject:Does not meet publication standards or journal scope

Appeals Process: Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a detailed letter explaining why the decision should be reconsidered. Appeals are reviewed by an independent editorial board member not involved in the original decision.

Publication Ethics and Medical Research Standards

AcademiansEdu adheres strictly to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Core Practices and the ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) recommendations.

Integrity and Plagiarism
